At ZVE Internet Prints, we strive to provide high-quality printed products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy outlines the steps and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Items (Electronic) must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom printed products (e.g., personalized designs, custom sizes, custom prints).
  • Digital downloads.
  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • All custom creations and are not able to be returned. All custom products are reviewed by the customer during the proofing process (either in person or online). ZVE Internet Prints is not responsible for errors not recognized during the proofing process. In the unlikely event of a defect in the final product, refunds (either partial or full) will be at the discretion of Minuteman Press/International Minute Press.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at orders@zveinternetprints.co.za or call us at 083 692 2915 to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack your items securely, include the original invoice and the Return Authorization Number, and ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product

We will review your request and, if approved, will send a replacement product or issue a full/partial refund or issue a credit to your account, including any applicable shipping costs (this does not apply if free delivery was issued at the time of the initial order).

3. Refunds

Refund Process:

  • All requests for returns or credit must be initiated in writing by the Client. No Goods may be returned or exchanged unless prior written authorisation has been obtained from ZVE Internet Prints. Any Goods returned at the Client’s request may be returned by a courier and which expense will be paid for by the Client. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
  • Returns of non-faulty Goods may incur handling- or administration fees of 25% (twenty-five percentum) of the total value of the Order.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@zveinternetprints.co.za.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at orders@zveinternetprints.co.za or 083 692 2915 with the details of your exchange request.

5. Cancellations

  1. No cancellations and/or pausing on processing of an Order will be accepted once the artwork has been approved on any custom goods including but not limited to tshirts, mugs, keychains, banners, table cloths, awards, gazebos and flags, custom made Goods and specially imported Goods, and the Client shall be liable for full payment of such orders.
  2. Any Order is subject to cancellation by ZVE Internet Prints due to Acts of God from any cause beyond the control of ZVE Internet Prints, including (without restricting this clause to these instances): inability to secure labour, power, materials or supplies, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labour disputes, fire, flood, drought, disease, or legislation. In any such event, any monies paid by the Client to ZVE Internet Prints, shall be refunded in full by crediting the Client’s original method of payment.
  3. Any Order is subject to cancellation by ZVE Internet Prints:-

a) if the Client breaches any term of these Terms and Conditions;

b) if the Client makes any attempt of compromise, liquidation, or sequestration;

c) if a judgement is recorded against the Client;

d) should its suppliers breach any of their/its/his/her obligations.

  • The Client agrees that ZVE Internet Prints will be immediately and irrevocably released from any contractual damages, including consequential damages (whether contemplated or not) and penalty obligations should any event in the above two clauses.
  • Fully paid Orders that remain uncollected or undeliverable for 30 (thirty) calendar days will be donated to local charities and ZVE Internet Prints shall not be liable for any damages or consequential damages as a result thereof.
  • It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that Goods are returned to a designated collection point in their original packaging, regardless of the reason for the returns.
  1. Goods are sold voetstoots with no warranty against patent or latent defects and all other guarantees including common law guarantees are hereby specifically excluded. Services carry no guarantee.
  2. Under no circumstances shall ZVE Internet Prints be liable for any consequential damages including loss of profits or for any delictual liability of any nature whatsoever, whether foreseen or not.
  3. Under no circumstances shall ZVE Internet Prints be liable for any damage arising from any misuse, abuse or neglect of the Goods or Services.
